If Ricky doesn't play, I hope they get Cowing, Moore and/or Watkins on the field as decoys at the very least. May open up things for the other guys.

Against Seattle, Moore was wide open for a deep touchdown on the 4th and 1. Purdy just didn't have time to hit him.

Cowing isn't going to play. Kyle more or less confirmed it during today's presser.

Damn. A season long + hamstring injury is insane. Never heard of anything like this.

That's what's odd about the firing to me. Who are you going to replace harbaugh with that is better? I think they'll go with Jesse minter or Saleh.

Look at Pete Carroll. When he had the right players he was a hero and Super Bowl champ. Put him with bad players and he gets fired. John Harbaugh got fired because year in and year out he did have the right players but was just not winning and the owner wanted change. Kyle for us has had the players and won which I give him credit for but he was unable to finish because of some of his bad choices late in games. This year we won because of our easy schedule. I like Miami's coach who was just fired McDaniel. He seems smart. I think he lost in miami because of his bad qb Tua.

We had the #17 hardest schedule, when using SOS. Idk why people keep saying that's easy. It's not super difficult but we played 8 playoff teams too, which the most any team played is 10. Factor in the fact that half our team was missing throughout the year, mainly top notch players, no game is easy.

Nothing about this season was easy and still came 1 game away from winning the 1 seed.

you can say we didn't have a brutal schedule this year, but we sure as hell didn't have an easy path.

Game Time Decision (players gonna play)... Shanny not being totally clear on who plays and who doesn't in regards to a couple of guys

Keep em guessing, not that it seems to really matter to Philly, but still, keep em guessing

What concerns me about this game is how physical philly's defense is. I'm mainly concerned because Seattles defense throttled us and man handled us. Philly's d is similar. So hopefully the result is different but I'm not expecting it to be.

Seattle's defense is on another level compared to Philly this yr

Incorrect. I started the playoffs thread because I knew after the home loss to the Rams we could win every single game because they are bad teams and get the 1 seed. Chicago is not a good team. We almost pulled it off but ended up losing to a good team Seattle. Brock could have played against the Rams at home but they knew he would struggle and held him out another week. We then played that stretch of bad teams and won but then lost against Seattle a good team. Like i said, I hope we beat Philly and win the Super Bowl but I think both Kyle and Brock still need to be assessed.

Nearly everything you just said was subjective and not based on facts. Lol this started cause you said the only reason we made it this far is because we had an easy schedule - which I corrected you above with the reality of our schedule, and factoring in adversity we faced.

the rest of the stuff you said is nonsense. "Bears aren't a good team" - yet they're the 2 seed. I don't understand what you're trying to get at but it's simple, we aren't here cause we had a cake schedule that let us just smooth ride here.

Both awesome units with studs all around. Let's hope our offense can bounce back and not essentially get shut out again. Lol

i knew there was a real chance we would lose but the way we lost, man really crushed any idea I had of us trying to win it all. lol let's hope this weekend is inspiring and we go back to ballin
Here's a scouting preview on the Eagles - there are opps there:

The Bears had like 6 close games they won in under 2 minutes and 4 of those 6 games were to below average teams. I just do not consider the Bears a good team despite being the 2 seed.
Who can the Niners put in at receiver Sunday that could possibly stretch the field? Will Shanny even do it? Got to try something? Split out Guerrero. He runs a 4.3. Kidding but got to get some speed out there somehow. Guerendo. Sorry spellcheck.

I'd like to see Watkins out there. He runs a 4.3 and I thought he was pretty polished for a college player. I'd throw him out there instead of Bourne.

i think they are equal honestly philly may be better the difference is philly offense is so bad and the eagles D has been on the field more which is maybe why seattles stats are better
