I rather face Philly , bears have that revenge factor , Philly strong up the middle but that is negated by purdy scrambling , Philly more favorable

Probably Chicago their defense is worse than Philly. Hey at least we're not the Chiefs, eh..

I'd rather take the 3 SB trophies and miss this years playoffs…

Well, I just meant this year

Caleb's first playoff appearance vs SB defending champs?

Mediocre defense vs solid defense ?

Philly WRs vs Chicago WRs ?

I agree with the revenge factor motivation. Was considering that pondering what Kyle and the team might do if they had to face Seattle again.

But Chicago is the more favorable matchup for sure.
Give me Philly in the first round. I don't care that they're tougher than Chicago, we still owe them for the NFCCG... knocking them off before the Seattle rubber match would be a good morale boost, and maybe by then Trent / Ricky / heaven forbid Warner will be healthy and it's a different game than yesterday. I don't like the idea of going to Chicago where they haven't had a home playoff game since The Last Supper so that crowd will be rabid.

Seattle just put the clamps on Kyle and Purdy and made them look like Carolina at home. Philadelphia has a very good defense as well and it's on the road.

Bro just wasted 3 minutes of his life on this post. Season is over…

Oh please, his post is fine, and that line is hilarious. Give him credit!
The goal always is Super Bowl. They aren't winning three road games so truly I don't care. On to the next season. Hopefully they can rebuild this defense to be actually playable.

Do us a favor and actually leave now and return in March with the new league year then.

If I see you in the game day thread for any 49er playoff game this year I'll be calling you a hypocrite for bothering to care.

Offense is mid this year but defensively they're still elite, probably next best on the NFC side after Seattle. Their defensive line will dominate our OL just like Seahawks did, also can't see the WRs getting open against their secondary either even if glass man Ricky is back. It's literally just going to look like the Seattle game 2.0 but on the road. Our best chance is going against teams we can score against.

Think saquon against our dline. Who wants that.

It certainly didn't negate it last night.
The offense is going to have to carry this team if they're going to go anywhere. It's going to be extremely difficult to carry the team against that Eagles' defense.

👍
It doesn't matter who we face. We're not a championship team.
