Thoughts on the game. I'm sorry, I really appreciate everything Mac Jones did for the team this year, but he isn't better than Brock. All of you who are still holding onto that narrative need to wake up and smell the coffee.

As I said last year, the team probably would have been better off extending Jennings and trading Aiyuk, or making him play on a franchise tag and then letting him walk. Having said that though, JonnyDel did a video where he pointed out that almost half of the interceptions SF QBs have thrown this year have come while targeting Jennings. Brock had another tight window throw to Jennings between three defenders that hit him in the hands and bounced away where it had a chance to be picked, so clearly there is a downside to feeding him the ball.

Pearsall needs to stay healthy. These constant injuries are turning into a problem.

Bourne had a couple of catches today. Hopefully, that's a sign Brock is learning to trust him more and might lead to him being able to contribute more.

Travis Kelce is probably headed to the HOF because of all the years he's spent having Mahomes throwing him the ball, but if I were starting a team, I would still take Kittle in his prime over Kelce in his prime any day of the week, and twice on Sunday.

On the topic of Mahomes, I see he was lamenting after the game, "Why did this have to happen to me?" Because it's football. Get over it.

Luke Farrell sucks in coverage.

Either Bethune needs to get back or the other LB they just signed needs to get healthy. There's a reason Curtis Robinson is a special team stalwart but the third string middle LB. Let's get him back on special teams.

I suspect Nick Martin has a had a frustrating year from his perspective, but if he applies himself in the offseason, there's no reason to think he couldn't compete for Dee Winters' spot next year. Winters seemed like he was a step behind all game long today.

They really need to find a pass rush somewhere. This is getting embarrassing

I thought with Daniel Jones' injury the Indy game would be an easier get, but Rivers played really well under the circumstances, so who knows.
Sucks that Detroit couldn't get it done against the Rams. Hopefully, Seattle will figure out a way to beat them because I still think we can beat Seattle if we get a decent performance from our defense. It's the Chicago game I'm worried about. For some reason, that feels like the toughest game left for us. Go Niners!
I started laughing at the beginning of the 3rd Q when that reporter talked to Kyle during the halftime, and he supposedly said " when the other team throws you the ball.......Catch It"
Good win yesterday, especially with all the injuries.

The Niners yesterday for the first 3 Quarters put themselves in position to make that win a lot easier than it actually was. Yet yesterday's game was a perfect example of how just one sequence in an otherwise lopsided NFL game can quickly give the losing team hope and swing momentum in their favor as they try to come back.

The Niners were up by 21 (21!) points very early in the 4th...they have good field position at their own 44 to start the 4th and it's 2nd and 10...instead of running the ball or maybe a layup pass like a screen to better avoid an incompletion and thus keep the clock running, they try to throw two straight downfield passes...incomplete on 2nd Down, and on 3rd Down they give the Titans just what they need, a fumble while trying to pass.

Just run the ball in that series and burn as much time as you can. And, if you don't get the 1st, punt and pin them deep and force them to move the ball almost the length of the field to burn even more time. Instead, the Titans get the ball from that fumble on the Niners' 44 and score immediately (terrible pass defense by Mustapha on the bomb). A lot of time is still left - over 14 minutes. The Titans now have immediate hope and that can be infectious on both sides of the ball for a team trying to make a comeback.

Great to see, however, the Niners responding to the Titans like they did in that 4th Quarter by keeping the chains moving on their subsequent drives and getting points (FGs) to put them away.

I mostly agree, especially on the pass rush — that's the biggest red flag right now and it's killing the defense.
