I watch the league roll out rookies on offense making huge impacts while niners roll out the slowest offense in the NFL and have rookies carry the clipboard which helps nothing. CMC was special but has lost a gear and guys like James and Gurendo collect dust and wasted a pick on Robinson, he is good but never gets the touches. Shannahan only goes as far as the defense and this isn't a good defense. Saleh relevance came in 2019 the line was Bosa, Armstead, Ford and Buckner...what decent coach couldn't win with that group, it took 4 to control and get the QB. This organization needs change in many ways top to bottom. When and if this team makes the playoffs will get dusted by any of the top 3. I hope but know another lost season with this regime

ok see you next year, goodbye

Hahaha if there was ever a correct response… this is it

I love how some people completely write off the team's chances with three games left in the regular season. It is just astounding to me.

Especially at 10-4.
I didn't get a chance to really watch the game, was it as closer as the final scores says or did the 49ers relax and let some garbage stuff happen?

I don't know how much they relaxed, but the defense had some eye-opening moments. They had a chance to make the game a blowout by the end of the first half, but kept allowing the Titans to get back into the game. Frustrating to watch at times.

Hmm that does sound concerning since our next 3 match ups are against playoff teams. I guess the good thing is that it happened against the Titans and Saleh can coach em up this week on the mistakes made and improve on them.

Colts aint making the playoffs, lol. Your point still stands overall of course, but I find their collapse kind of comical and worth highlighting.

I thought about putting in (not colts) in case someone brought it up lol...but back to my point, good that it happen this week and hopefully not the next weeks lol...

Each of the next three games are a step up in quality one after the other. I do wonder what week 18 will look like if the Rams beat Seattle next week though. Both the Niners and Chickens will have some interesting decisions to make.

Well, Colts were playoff bound until an axle on the covered wagon busted. But, point taken. Saleh ran a very vanilla defense against the Titans. He could have run a few of his creative blitz packages, but did not. 49ers defenders also helped out by dropping two easy late game picks. It was just one of those tear out whatever hair you have left on your head kinda games.

What's comical about their collapse? Didn't their QB tear their Achilles? That would doom most teams.

The team was already starting to collapse before that injury, that was probably the final nail in the coffin. Its crazy if someone told colts fans that Daniels has a season ending injury before the season started they would probably not care and might even be happy, but now that it happens past mid point its devastating to them lol...

Just the totality of it. From having a '99%' chance to make the playoffs at 7-1 to going all in by trading two first round picks for Sauce, all to lose your starting QB to a devastating injury that may affect him beyond this season and having to rely on a fat ass 44 year old off the couch to possibly salvage a playoff birth.

Lots of little things you can add in there (like their other injuries) but just a wildly screwed up season in the end. There was real belief there and in the end you get a fun Philip Rivers story.

People are complaining about the Defense, but Seattle has a great D and Tennessee scored 24 on them as well.
