Maybe Purdy goes for 4 tds.

I expect this to get better with return of Bosa/Williams coupled with the growth of Williams, Collins and West, but they need to get this s**t cleaned up going into next year. That's disgusting .

I mean it's somewhat expected no?

We knew it would be a tough going of it with so much turnover on defense and reliance on so many young players. The thing we had going for us was we had a top flight NFL vet at each position group.

...well we lost the two best ones and Lenoir is the only one left and he plays in a spot where if the front 7 is having a rough day, good luck.

Losing Bosa AND Mykel forces Huff to play more snaps than we want. Losing YGM, Bosa and Mykel hits our DL in a big way. Meanwhile we're down to our 3rd Mike, Winters is playing hurt. Our Sam is either an unreliable but talented rookie in Martin or matchup nightmare in Gifford.

We're down to a hope and a prayer defense now.
Agreed. The 49ers defense is a wing and a prayer. It will be interesting when the play the Colts, Bears and Seahawks. Yet it is just one game at a time right now, just taking it one game at a time.

The bad news is that Bethune and Pineiro will miss time. The good news is that the line has stayed at 7 for the Carolina game so Vegas does not think this is that significant.

No it means the betting public doesn't think it's significant. Vegas sets the line at a point they think the public will bet. If too much goes in one direction they adjust the line to draw more bettors. Vegas doesn't care who wins because they almost always win. It takes a massive upset for them to lose.

Can the bettors who betted before they adjusted the line take their bets back?

Offense remains basically fully healthy (Other than Aiyuk and Cowling).

Nope. They can bet again though.

the 2nd portion of that tweet shows that Panthers are just as bad as us in this category. I hope Purdy and the offense can exploit it and rack up enough points so don't have to rely on the defense this week.

FTFY
As of the present, who do you think is the better player - Tatum Bethune or Curtis Robinson? And why?

Idk, I noticed no drop off in play last week after Robinson came in. Seems to be the same caliber player
Go 49ers! Hoping for some upsets in our favor of playoff positioning on Sunday

Have to imagine there's a reason why Bethune was starting ahead of Robinson but it's obviously not the Warner to Bethune level drop off.

Just have to hope we avoided any injuries in practice today. Thursday practices have been burial for us for some reason.

We badly need to stay healthy rest of the way. We've lost too many key guys for the year.
