They weren't claimed off waivers. Wilson in particular is like a 8 year vet, they dont go through waivers.

So in other words we all drank the cool-aid thinking we were so deep with our roster and teams would snap up our cuts, but in reality we are just 'meh' until we prove it and win some games.
As fans we want to hope to find some magic or hidden gems that bring us to the promised 6th ring, but for me at least everytime I see Mckivtiz trucked, Moody shank a PAT or a kick off, I know it's just a hopeful dream.

Yeah, it's not like other teams don't have to make the same sacrifices and they just have spots to hand out.

Reminds me of Poe a few years ago. He was a tweener, not big enough for the OL and too big to be a TE. I would have liked to see him play FB just for the fun of it.

That is EXACTLY my point. With 16 person practice squads I feel like coaches feel that these rookies know our playbook and we can carry enough players across most positions . I have found less movement since expanding the PS. Go into camp with a high number and maintain 53 plus 16.
