IDK, how about f**kING STRETCHING???? I mean, WTF with these hamstrings.

I know. Do we have the tightest wound players in the league? Enough with This "ahh it's just football" b******t something is wrong with this training regime and they need to figure it out.

Hamstring injuries do seem preventable. Do the Niners stretch for shorter or less effective periods than other teams?

I'm wondering if there's some new supplement that's become popular that can't be detected when they get tested. Athletes are always trying to get an edge. I've never seen this many hamstring injuries all around the league.

I think it can be a handful of things. New supplements (Steriods)/Over training. Like you mentioned athletes are always trying to get an edge. Some of these just never give their bodies rest.

Playing through Injuries:
Mac Jones - lingering knee, but better

Upton Stout - returned to practice
Deommodore Lenoir - limited to rest quad injury, seems he should be able to play
Renardo Green - limited in practice, toe, seems on track to play
Khalia Davis - returned to practice, likely playing with hand cast

Still Injured
Brock Purdy - limited in practice, Texans doesn't seem likely
Ricky Pearsall - not practicing Wed. - Texans look doubtful
Jake Brendal - hamstring, likely out a couple of weeks
Bryce Huff - hamstring, likely out a couple of weeks (unbelievable)
Spencer Burford - practice window opened Wed. (knee)
Yetur Gross Matos - hamstring, not returned to practice yet
Ben Bartch - high ankle sprain, already out 3 weeks, still no word
Brandon Aiuyk - KS hinted week 10 possibility

Unknown projection:
Jacob Cowing -- hamstring since beginning of season, hasn't returned to practice yet

Out for the season:
Nick Bosa- IR
Fred Warner - IR
Patrick Taylor - out for the season due to shoulder injury

I keep waiting to hear: "Ricky Pearsall has been put on IR"
Lenoir not practicing with a quad.

Another deep tissue injury.

Now Lenoir is injured too. It's getting ridiculous seriously. Hopefully he will play against the Texans but at this point is there someone on this team that wasn't injured this season?
Damn how hard was that Pearsall knee hit?

This was inevitable. Guy is hurt every off season and during camp.
Some guys seems to stay out longer than others. Why has gross been out so long. Yet I see JJ playing through multiple injuries. But not persall.

I see several players around the league that are out with hamstring injuries. It seems to be an epidemic this year.
