You don't want a talented player to loose confidence if they are making many mistakes..

Yeah, Upton Stout is a case in point. We're rolling with Sigle the rest of the way. He looked good yesterday filling in for Brown. He's healthy and had a full season in the safety room.

His angles were never real bad. He just wasn't finding the ball. A lot or the great majority he was actually in position. Just not fighting the ball out. Which comes with more experience and veteran savvy. He always had speed and catchup speed which you see and tackling ability. If he gets the mental part of the game he can be really good for us.

I think he'll be a big difference maker against the Seahawks.

That was such a good open field tackle.

Dude was a giant liability in coverage at the beginning of the year. His improvement is a sign a great coaching and a kid who's put in the work instead of playing madden.
Sigle, Stout and Wallow were all outstanding yesterday. If they play that way next weekend, the Seahawks are in for a bit of a surprise.

Go Niners!

One that also has the skillset to cover, something Brown and Mustapha really dont have. Also a much more consistent tackler.

That was great to see. I loved how Kendricks was about to wrap him up then Sigle blasted him out of nowhere. Kendricks got up like where the F*** DID HE GO?
Him and Mustafa are the future.

That was my thought at beginning of season , but MM needs to clean up some things.

beautiful open field tackle. Donte Whitner was talking about how the safeties were coming in too hot and aggressive and it's making them miss a lot of tackles. That was a great example of to be patient and stay in position.

His growth over those 3 months is really impressive. good for him, I hope he continues cause we will desperately need it.
