49ers select Upton Stout-CB-Western Kentucky with the 100th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft | Page 25

He's a baller that's for sure. A lot of penalties with him because he plays so aggressive. But his style comes up with big plays too. Plays bigger than his size. Every time I worry about his size he makes some big plays.

Really like what Stout has shown, his fight and ability, though still much to learn & improve upon as a rookie. Already is learning from his mistakes and can see him being more & more of a playmaker in the secondary going forward. Almost had that pick against the Panthers' Young. Aikman said it well on that MNF broadcast, something to the effect of: "I really like what I've seen from Upton Stout. It hasn't been perfect by any means but he's showing his ability to make plays and he's just what the Niners want in a player."
