Go look how many Top 30 visits Martin had. A lot of teams showed interest in him. He was definitely not lasting until the 5th round or whatever nonsense people are coming up with.

I'd be surprised if he beats out Dee - just cause he's a rookie, but I can see it putting pressure on Dee to perform. Especially if Nick is showing out at practice.

so what? can try pick him at the end of the 3rd. Or if you miss out on him, that's life, there was a lot of other talent available.

like many have mentioned, I'm sure this is a Saleh-influenced pick. A rebuilt defensive line with speed in the linebacker/safety level will be key to our defense returning to form.

Martin vs Winters will be the most interesting training camp battle imo
