49ers select Mykel Williams-DE-Georgia with the 11th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft

Was thinking the same. The job he did in '20, especially with all the injuries, propelled Saleh into the Jets job. Gotta push through and get more creative with pass rush.

Anyone giving up on this team should just do themselves and the rest of us a favor, and stop posting entirely. The 49ers should definitely make a move, but I believe this kid is trending in a special direction. The season is far from done.

Everyone is so laser focused on edge, but I think it's the two interior DL rooks that need to grow up fast. The 49ers need to starting getting more from CJ West and Alfred Collins. It's probably unfair to put the onus on them because they're rookies with 3 NFL games under their belt, but that's the reality of the situation the 49ers are in.

Top 6 defense in DVOA, but we got eaten alive by every decent QB we faced that year. Josh Allen beat us so badly he caused Kyle to draft Trey Lance.
