He looked awful at the beginning but finished strong, seemed like he caught fire on the 2 min drill and kept it going

yeah sure,... but now the niners will probably have the option to trade him next offseason or, if they find that they cannot find a decent substitute, to keep him,... today's gamee is going to be quite positive for the team

Jones played just as good if not a tad better than Brock today. He earned it. Better decisions. Better throws. Let Brock heal completely before bringing him back. Jones surprised the hell out of me. Nice job big man.
