There were only a few of those called this season, after they made such a big deal about it all off-season.
And of course, the 49ers (Fred Warner) were one of the teams called and fined

To be fare, that hip-drop tackle was in the pile-up. I doubt the refs could see it.

I agree I doubt they could see it in the pile. It usually gets called in the open field on LBs and Dbs but the NFL fine police will see it because we will make them aware of it. All the teams send stuff to New York every week.
