2025 wish: I want a nasty, I mean Janet Jackson nasty, O-Line

Priority one. I'd like to think Shanahan and co. have learned their lesson, only time will tell though. Happy New Year!

Gotta fix it, although the defensive line might even be more important. We did just get 40 hung on us with a relatively healthy defense.

Must fix both, do whatever it takes.

That's all about coaching. You couldn't name most of the offensive linemen on most teams. Most teams that are effective in the run game and protection year after year change their linemen all the time.

Without looking it up, name the starting 5 offensive linemen on the 1998 Broncos, who went 14-2, won the SB, and on which Terrell Davis ran for 2,008 yards. Remember, after Davis tore his ACL the next year, Olandis Gary, Mike Anderson, Clinton Portis, Reuben Droughns, Mike/Tatum Bell, etc. tore it up for them, so it wasn't that the 6th round pick from Georgia was some kind of special back.

Yes we need Jeremy Newberry who used to get in fights all the time. We need Kevin Gogan (come filthy get nasty) he got expelled in the Probowl. We have had a lot of those guys in the past and we need that again.

IMO the defense getting upgrades at the DT positions fixes 90% of our issues.

It isn't about chop blocks, it is the mentality.
I want all 5 to be Jauan Jennings, but you need 1, preferably 2.

And i really dislike bad mouthing any professional athletes skillset or work ethic, their's is better than mine.
So at the NFL level...
this Oline is soft, they are not mean f**king a*****es. That would be fine if they were the most skilled, but they lack that as well.
