Saleh can't bring in a top OC. And they need one to stabilize their QB. Seems obvious they'd go with an OC.

They had Johnson and Coen reportedly as their top candidates. If Coen declines to return to Tampa, it's panic time.

The owners is always in charge of everything going on with the team. Hence why they are the owner, no one is above them.

I don't think I'd want to commit with Lawrence. That little experiment did not go as planned. I'd rather DC 9ers top pay.
