I say retool. A right tackle at #11 to replace McKivitz and eventually take over for Trent plus a left guard and center. A DT or two and an Edge rusher. A corner to replace Ward; a WR or two with separation ability. The FO is going to have to come up with some steals in this draft but I believe they can do it. I don't believe free agency is going to help because of the cut to the cap after trading Deebo. With health, some luck, and this last place schedule, Kyle is going to have to start trusting rookies. There is a possibility of playoffs and that's about it. Next year will look better for us
Could always slide in at LG. McKivitz has 1 year left. Trent is no spring chicken. OT makes a lot of sense and while Colton improved and knows the offense, he very well could be beaten out and id hope Kyle and Forester learned with Puni last year.

We have a very good chance to sure up OL. Add quality DTs this draft early then go BPA.. this team can look really good in 2026 and beyond

Drafting O/L in the first round would be more shocking than having a rook replace Mckivitz.

Yes! Great idea. Switch them all for Saudis and Qataris.
Change the team colours too - let's go for pea green and mustard yellow. A bit like Oregon, only in worse taste (if that were ever possible).
The sky is not falling. It's already fallen. Look around your ankles - that the shards of the sky.
TEAR DOWN EVERYTHING!

Cruel to the scouting department after last year's draft.

Yes let's replace the group that has drafted the most ALL pros in the NFL since Kyle took over. And let's replace the group that helped build one of the best rosters in the league in that time.
Any other great advice you got?
How old are you? You post like a child but you've been here long enough where I know that's not possible.
I want my trades and I want them NOW!

We need a LT, RT, LG, C, WR, FB, TE, 2 DT, DE, CB, LB, S, K
That is a lot of needs to be retooling

Cut it out.
LT - nobody is walking in beating Trent Williams regardless of his age
RT - getting McKivitz on the bench would be a plus but he's a decent starter.
LG - we have 2 inside candidates already on the roster who arguably played better than Banks last year
C - yes, and we're likely going to address it in FA
WR - Jennings, Pearsall, Cowing can fill in while Aiyuk recovers. Teams add WRs almost every offseason
TE - George Kittle says hi
FB - Not a critical position and for now Juice is still here
1 DT - Collins played pretty well last year
DE - Bosa, Floyd are starters, we need depth and potential starter once Floyd leaves
CB - Green and Lenoir are locked in. We can add a nickel or outside CB.
LB - We'll see what happens with Greenlaw
S - There were several starters available on the street last year
K - lol
The only clear cut needs that don't have proven or decent starters are C, DT, CB and MAYBE S
We have 12 draft picks as of right now. You listed 13 positions and kicker is not one we need to draft to have a competition with Moody. This doesn't even account for free agency where we're likely going to add depth or potential starters at each of those positions.
This is 100% a retool when you have a core group of players and a young QB.

I would keep as vets
Purdy
Williams
CMC
Mason
Kittle
Jennings
Warner
Demo
I would keep all guys on rookie contracts and trade all other talent to the highest bidder and then go into the draft with nearly twenty picks and completely retool with young guys. We have to shed these expensive vets that couldn't get it done and rebuild
