Do we need to re-tool or Full rebuild? | Page 9

This current version of the 9ers is washed. We need to let go of some over priced vets and infuse this team with some young cheaper talent. I wish we didn't restructure dbo, or give more money to Trent and CMC. But we thought we had one more run in us. Do we blow it up or look to re-tool?

We have holes all over the roster and we're hemorrhaging money to old/injured players who aren't producing at elite levels. It's a rebuild

Facts but homers won't stand for it.

Full rebuild

Going forward we ain't paying dudes like champs unless they are or unless they've been perennial All Pros. If you want top of market money you better be top of market like Warner Kittle T Williams CMC. Everyone else either takes the fair market deal based on how you've played or we need to trade them for fair value and move on with younger cheaper labor.

It's clear as day the 49ers as currently constructed(putting it lightly imo) will never win a Super Bowl. And if you're unable to do that then wtf are we even doing??? Time to move on and I'm perfectly fine with it

What facts would you like provided? Did you see this team perform last season? Dline was awful. O line couldn't pick up a yard on 3rd and one if their life's depended on it. We've got one good line backer. One good corner and one possibly up and coming. No free safety worth a damn on the roster. We have decent receiving threats but no clear go to guy. A 29 year old rb coming off injury.. We are not a championship caliber team as constructed currently.

We are in a rebuild. Like it or not, that's whats happening

Yes cuz we have a clear track record of John being a GM without Kyle.

You don't understand this sport so clearly you're missing this fact but a GM/HC strong partnership leads to a lot better drafting than not.

Also we know you're not a psychiatrist. Stop predicting what people are thinking.

We are in a rebuild. Like it or not, that's whats happening

In a rebuild Trent Williams gets traded.
George Kittle gets traded.

If you're rebuilding you're trading old key assets to bring in new guys.

The OL is one vet center away from taking a huge step forward.

DL needs help yes but Hargrave was already a goner. None of the guys were allowing to leave would've stayed put if we weren't in what you call a rebuild.

Kinda hard to say rebuild when you still got cmc kittle aiyuk JJ Trent warner bosa etc still on the team, team still has a ton of talent
