Very poor results. 12-5 with massive injuries and a chunk of our best players out for most of the season, like Bosa and Fred and Aiyuk down and probably out. Very poor results indeed. Your problem is, for some reason only known to you, you only focus in on the bad and you ignore the good.

some "fans" only see success as 17-0, a blowout every game and an all pro at every position. It's called, "too much Madden football" on their x-box, and "too much fantasy football."

I, on the other hand, if I can get through watching a game without seeing any of our players stretchered off, break into celebration mode and chill down a bottle of champagne.

Just checking in with Ricky during the offseason. What injury is he dealing with this week? 🤣😂

There is probably a handful of people on this message board who are even close to being in the shape that Ricky is in. I would imagine none of those people are laughing at him for getting injured.
Pearsall has skill that is clearly evident when he is healthy. He needs to show he can put a couple of seasons together maintaining his health and being in the majority of games. I don't think he is a number one, I think he is a very good number two. We still need a true number one and I think if we can get that, with a healthy Pearsall, that opens up the WR position and playbook. I think the Niners need a solid number one and then a very good number three as long as Pearsall can get and stay healthy. That is the only question on Pearsall. Is he capable of staying healthy or is he really glass? We'll see over the next two seasons but the talent is there.

I think that is the fan frustration with Ricky. We know the talent is there but it has been frustrating that he hasn't been able to contribute more when needed. When healthy, he is a great contributor. He just needs to get and stay healthy. Hopefully he heals up well over the off season and does what he needs to do to be ready for camp and the season next fall.

KNBR today saying we are considering offers to trade Ricky? I wonder what we could get for him.

I'm sure Larry Kruger is behind this. Matt Maiocco already shot this down and said Kyle Shanahan loves Ricky. 49ers would be dumb to trade Ricky.

I think it was him this afternoon. Seems like a poor return in picks if we give up on him. And they really think we are signing Debo back. They all forgot about press man coverage.

It's just awareness. So he missed several weeks. Finally comes back vs bears, has that great catch and 3 bears around him. He could a) step oob and not get hit, knowing he's honestly not completely healthy anyways or b) try to get 2 extra yards and get drilled, causing an aggravation.

He chose b, and missed more games. I understand it's easy for an online tough guy like me to say "go oob you f**kin idiot!" but he needs to be aware of how important he was.

I don't want to trade him but he needs to be smarter. Football is a violent sport and you can be hurt at any time, so you need to minimize those chances when you can control it
