He has to go...too injury prone. Can't rely on him to be healthy.

The 49ers need to operate next year like he's not on the team. He shouldn't factor into anything. Go get a #1 WR who can stay healthy and even draft more help.

As sad as that is....yes. whoever has been making WR decisions since Deebos holdout declaration, do the opposite.

Pearsall is under contract for two more years. He isn't going anywhere.

As has been written about many times, his injury history, while frustrating, should not detract from his potential as shown while he has been healthy.
Yes, unless a quality edge rusher drops into their laps at #1, I expect Shanahan will grab a strong route-runner that can beat man coverage. The absence of Aiyuk and Pearsall, who was drafted as insurance against BA's unavailability, has crippled the offense this year. Seattle took advantage of of that last week and I expect Philly to do the same tomorrow.
EDIT: Jennings has shown he isn't the answer to our need for a man breaker. He is a GREAT blocker and excellent at contested catches, but he is actually a #3 WR in a good pass game. For that reason, I expect him to be gone in FA. He is going to get paid like a #2/1 when he is really only worth a #3 contract here.

So many people are overreacting imo. It sucks he's been hurt this year but these things happen. Give him at least another year. Lol
and someone put up a barrier between the substation and our field, for the love of Christ. We should start a petition for Jed to do it. We should be doing anything we can to prevent injuries and if that helps, do it. Lol

Its the combination of frustration of him being in and out finishing games but then being out several weeks and lack of corresponding moves on the WR side when the team knew Aiyuk was likely not playing another snap since the summer.
And then guys who have some speed/explosive to them like Cowing/Watkins not seeing the field in lieu of players like Bourne

Definitely agree with the sentiment of getting a true #1 WR. Ricky is a #2… when he's actually healthy

We have shown this year we can have a good offense with scrubs at WR. Fix the D and OLine.

Yes, I'm sure the guys that saw this guy take a gunshot to the chest and play and NFL game less than 2 months later think he's a b***h
