Tariq is the most likely for sure. He seems like a really sharp guy too. Mayhew here was more pro personnel IIRC (free agency). That should be a super easy job this year. LOL.

I'd like a little new blood brought in too. For all the losing Telesco had in SD/LA, he built a pretty damn good roster…he's just awful at hiring head coaches and we're all set there

Not wanting to lose Ahmad I think I would promote him. If Telesco and Mayhew aren't snapped up I would find room for them.

To be totally honest, what would we really know? LOL.
We assume that Adam Peters was incredibly important in our roster construction, but as fans, we know very little of what the dynamics are in the front office when it comes to decision-making on personnel.
