It was the 1992 nfc championship game vs the cowboys

I think either Elvis Grbac or Steve Bono was starting that day.

No. It was Steve Young. We got our asses handed to us. We got revenge in 1994. The day was nice but the field was a slop fest from rains all week.

Man it sounds like terrible weather. But supposedly lite rain beginning and middle of the game. Which is good. Hopefully we have it mostly wrapped up by the end of the game and heavy rains. Because I don't want that to come into play. Ideally I wouldn't want this at all. I don't know how it will play out. But we just have to do it now. It's the way it worked out.

We have a QB who is the storm; Bomb Cyclone Brock

Yeah he is and playing at Iowa State outdoors he is used to really bad weather no doubt. Wind, snow, rain, hail, whatever can come. He's seen it all in practices and games there no doubt. I'm sure he will be fine. As will Kittle obviously.

Yep, a couple of times this week.

Good, work out the kinks now. Remember during the game week 1 the zone crashed. It was a major problem for us that watch and post simultaneously. Don't want any of that tomorrow…
We need to keep Lockett in check. Prolly will have Ward on Metcalf all game, so Lockett will be the guy they will try to throw to. Need to shut him down
so ready!

What a great video. The failures in the beginning are tough to relive but help to just want this even more!

nice video though
Glad the forecast seems to be improving but it'll always irk me that they didn't build Levi's a retractable roof. Even LA and Vegas new stadiums designed and built their new digs with a roof option SMH.

This game destroyed me. Not as bad as the 90 fans against the giants, but the heartbreak was there.

In terms of heartbreak though my top 5 as a niner:

1. Giants 1990 nfc championship game
2. Chiefs superbowl
3. Ravens superbowl
4. 2013 Seahwaks nfc championship game
5 2011 giants nfc championship game

In that order.

Honorable mention
Vikings 87 upset
Redskins nfc Championship
1992 cowboys game
1993 cowboys game
2022 nfc championship game vs rams

Now I'm going to go puke

That 11 champ game got me somehow more than the SB vs Chiefs cuz we were facing Mahomes, in other words outgunned. We handled that NYG team during the season at home. Some BS injuries had Williams out there returning punts to begin with. Also Ravens SB got me making Flacco look like the GOAT was just too much for our D to do that oh boyyy
Seahawks are the worst playoff team of this season
