Probably to get him to with here instead of somewhere else. I think they just don't want Brunskill to have to play there in case Mack retires or gets hurt.

Udfa get 10-50k normally as a bonus. Then you make 100k to make practice squad. My guess is they guaranteed him a PS spot.

No. That's a lot. That's what teams offer to priority UDFAs. Most UDFAs are guaranteed $25,000 or less.

Yo!!!!!! West was a massive signing in some draft rankings he's as high as #2 Centers in this year's draft class

Yes, and it's not a signing bonus, he got a $10K bonus, and $90K of his base GTD, like O'Neal got $10K bonus & $50K base GTD.
