anyways, let's hope we are in a position to actually worry about this down the road. Fred's a maniac and attacking his rehab the best a human possibly could. We will see where the chips fall.

Now, I'm feeling a change of heart over the matter.
I guess, ultimately, it's up to Fred. If he wants to play, if the players want him back, the doctors and decision-makers give the ok, then I guess it will be up to Fred.
The opportunity - and I hope it isn't the case - may never come again.

All of this
This season feels like we are the 2011 ravens. Lol banged up but pull it together at the end and the qb gets hot in the playoffs. A bunch of awesome players but they're older and/or banged up.

Would be amazing to have a run like that to give all our vets a ring - send them off the right way. I want guys like Kittle and juice to get a ring so bad.

That would be the Giants.

LOL 2011 giants or 2012 ravens. - I'll take either. It's been nearly 15 years, so I'm a little rusty on that stuff.

im busting up laughing over this mistake. That's funny

2011 Ravens had the crushing defeat against NE in the AFCCG. We've definitely had enough of those

We lost to both in crushing fashion.
Remember when people claimed 49ers should bench Purdy?

I'm torn on Fred coming back this soon, but he did play on a fractured ankle last year, if, as you said, he's healthy, cleared then ok, I just don't want him to risk too much, I hate the idea of not having Fred beyond 2025, just signed a new deal, highest paid LB, rightfully so, just don't want to see him miss more than what he already has, but it could be a once in a lifetime kinda thing, so it may be mostly up to Fred, if he feels good, dude had only missed 1 game prior to the injury, so it's more up to him.
the next 6 weeks will go down in 49ers lore, baby! We win out and through the playoffs (at home) and then win the SB on our field.

FINALLY bring some of that great lore that candlestick had to Levi's. Making it a magical place as well.

hopefully my hopes aren't immediately dashed by old ass rivers. Lol

If we win I will start going into homer mode with the final two being at home. Will try to make it to both games. Basically playoff football at Levi's

I'm in full Homer mode once I know we are in the playoffs. I think we have an outside chance to win it all but I'll ride with it until it's not an option.

if the offense can get hot, like we know it can, and the defense gets healthy. Especially if Fred can come back in the playoffs - we have as good a chance as anyone IMO.

Brock has looked good - hopefully he's in full mid season form by the time playoffs start. The hope is that our offense is scoring and our St is playing at a high level. Our defense just needs to be above average on that scenario.

Every team is flawed. It's not unique to us. Playoffs are all about discipline, fundamentals, and scheme. IMO. You gotta do the little stuff at a high level in the playoffs
