He played very well considering he had been off for over a month. His scrambling, both intended and forced, serve a purpose to slow down the rush.
His numbers were not all that impressive apart from the TDs, however, it wasn't like receivers were running wide open all day. AZ's defense is not all that bad.
The fact the offense opened up with longer gains, not only in the air but also on the ground, speaks volumes about Purdy's command of the offense and Shanahan's confidence in him.
