Is it? Cuz the metrics from that game had him 100% dealing.
Given how Seattle has played since, Purdy did a great job.
You sure Purdy did a great job and not Bosa and Tonges?
After all Purdy threw two picks.
I'm just taking my homer glasses off and looking at it from another angle.
Yes I'm sure. The metrics I mentioned have nothing to do with Homer glasses.

— SFdata9ers🏈📊 (@sfdata9ers) September 20, 2025
- #BAL Lamar Jackson #1 in Total QBR
- #SF Brock Purdy #1 in CPOE
- Even with a league-worst CPOE, #KC Patrick Mahomes sits #3 in Total QBR, thanks to his legs. pic.twitter.com/5Fu6GKmeZq

Disruption refers to plays with either perfect coverage ie; where nobody makes a mistake and/OR plays with a disruption pressure where a QB is forced off his read to pressure.

Through Week 1 (and it's only 1 game), but Brock Purdy right back to the top corner of the graph you'd expect him to be in.. pic.twitter.com/JNRopYH1g9

Just some I saw. And once again he played half that game with a bad toe injury and no Kittle most of the game and no Jennings late. It was basically CMC and Pearsall.
Which is why I was saying using his Jags game where he was clearly impacted by the injury shouldn't wipe away what he did against Seattle.
