Lol completely off, it was my observations after watching the Raiders game and I went back and watched a little video I made on August 13 after the game. I was sharing what I said on the video. I felt bad for Trey the entire time cause it seemed like he was out the door. Sad but he was simply outplayed. The NFL doesn't f**k around. A bit sensitive about Trey? Kinda like you are with Kap? Sorry but he choked.

I don't hate Trey at all, I rooted for him some as a Cowboy, yes, I admit that lol---I mean, as a Cowboy lol..cause I just felt bad for the guy. And he seems like a super cool, nice guy. I still hope he does well. It isn't knocking someone down to lift someone up, why do ppl keep bringing that up? Lol..that doesn't even make sense to me. That is not the intent. These are just facts. I dnt need to lift up Brock..he lifts up himself. I mean, I think we all wished Trey came out better here than he did. Especially, the FO lol. We all liked him but just didn't happen that way.

Lots of qbs are mentioned in the Brock thread..but if you would like to feel like a gatekeeper, by all means. I have some concerns about Brock..mostly have been about the injury. But it seems like it's doing alright. He isn't perfect, not my hero but he is the best Niners qb I have seen in decades and that is exciting. Makes football fun to watch again.

For some reason Brock is the only QB that is judged based on the system he plays in and players around him instead of purely his talent. Does anyone question whether CJ Stroud is a product of his system and surrounding talent? Well if he's not, why the f**k is it okay that Purdy is? It's because one was the top pick, and the other the 262nd, that's why.

This is true. The argument against Brock is "well if he was on the saints he wouldn't be as good". Kind of a nonstarter argument but people need something to talk about.... I guess

His mom made the cake? Oh well damn that's not bad then. Anytime I have made a cake, it looks like s**t, tastes good but turns out lopsided and I dollop extra frosting on the collapsed areas to try to hide the disaster.

Exactly, ppl need something to talk about. I mean Brock came out of the gate nearly looking flawless and ppl came up with that lol.

Tom Brady was highly criticized for quite a while (no, not saying Brock is Tom but there is still plenty of time left ) but damn, that guy had some fierce criticism. The internet/SM wasn't really a thing back then..but imagine if it was. Cause I remember ppl saying that he looked weak, couldn't really throw, his arm sucked, wasn't Favre..even after he won an SB. I talked to a Pats fan right after he won the first SB..first thing he said was, "Tom.. look, he's ok, but a weakling, ok...his arm, just look at it. He isn't the long term answer for qb." I had no idea what to say, I was like damn, harsh. I remembered that chat cause I was just surprised by it. Like shouldn't this fan be in celebratory mode? No, it was a big sigh, then trash Tom talk lol.
