50% completion with 135 passing yards. Lol 2 int.

Young always underperformed in the playoffs. Check out his post seasons stats. He choked away many Super Bowls on those star studded teams. Pretty comical after chirping out Montana.

We had to go full dream team in 94 to get him a ring.

I still think Mooch had a lot to do with that stuff. He failed to draft that elite edge rusher that Brock has currently in Nick Bosa. I.e. when a QB knows his defense is going to hold up, I think he can play more relaxed. It's when a QB doesn't have a defense that he can rely on, he is under a lot more pressure to perform because the offense is the one that has to win the game. Just my opinion of course, but not Steve's fault that Mooch couldn't draft.

I was very young when the packers/49ers rivalry was happening, I didn't watch the games, but in hindsight - I think the simple answer is that mooch wasn't in the same class as Holmgren. Holmgren was not only a great coach himself. But had a killer staff.

I"m happy for the OLine! Probowl is a popularity contest but I'll take it. Shows that this OLine is definitely making progress. Just needs that one guy and some depth and it will be as good as some of the Legendary NFL OLines of the past.

The o line has played much better as the season has progressed. Still nothing special but have become respectable since the bye, IMO. Brock helps them out with his mobility, he's only been sacked 28 times this year.
We're in the Brock generation. Enjoy

I am, I am. Very much enjoying. It's been a great year. Hopefully many more to come from BP.

Also Cowboys and then the Packers were really good sides, that Packers team with Reggie White was hard as nails.

the team where Hearst broke his ankle was good but couldn't cope with that injury, Hearst was awesome that year.
It's wild how good Brock is.

Geidi, do you see in the post you just linked of mine how you misrepresented what I said? It's directly beneath the part you bolded in this reply. I underlined and starred it for you. Do you understand that you repeatedly responded to me to tell me that you disagreed with my evaluation of Purdy, even though I indicated to you multiple times we don't disagree (at least generally) and that it was beside the point of the conversation anyway? The point of the conversation was not how you, Random, or I currently evaluate Purdy! You stated that I think Purdy won't be as good in two years which was blatantly false (I think he will be better just like you do) and you said I think he will shred his knee when I merely presented it as a possibility.

We do not need to keep going back and forth on this issue as there is a clear disconnect in what the conversation was initially about (which I tried to tell you right from the start), but it would be good if you could acknowledge the words that were actually written.

Posters like Geidi get in their feelings and respond emotionally. Just have to have that understanding prior to conversing with him.

FTFY
Tl; dr of Smokey Joe's valid point: if the team plans salaries and contracts as though Brock's next contract will break the bank, then if he doesn't resign for any reason the team can still reap the benefits of its preparations.

Lol I haven't seen it! Thanks, Smokey

any comments about it?
Cowerd was saying on his Hot Takes that Hurts can come from behind and Purdy can't. Without Trent Williams and Deebo he can't do it. Hurts literally had a full deck doing that. Take Lane Johnson and AJ Brown out for a few games. Get behind and let me know how that goes. Because he had those guys in the lineup. I guess he doesn't see it.

He's coming for Steve Ruiz and Nick W's marketshare lol
remember the hat takes, not hot takes, hat takes
just to give an update on our ol boy Steve, see if this makes sense

Geno is 7th
Fields 16th
Purdy 18th
Flacco 21st

he also describes Minshew as 'if Brock Purdy ever needs a stunt double'
i guess he's calling Minshew a poor mans Purdy
Minshew is 22nd

Yeah it's so dumb. If you take out Lane Johnson and AJ Brown there is no doubt Hurts would be worse. Take Tyron Smith and Ceede Lamb away from Dak and see how that goes.
