That Moody kick was still just a FG. I think people are talking more about needing a TD or more in the 4th quarter. The way teams play D now every team had the ability to move down the field in the final 2 minutes and get in FG range. Starting from your own 25 only requires 40-45 yards to get in range. It's not hard to do that when teams are trying to prevent anything deep.
I don't think it's a big deal for Brock because the team hasn't trailed very often in the 4th quarter since he took over. It's one of those stats that means you have to be bad before you can be good. Montana said that if he and the team had played better early he wouldn't have needed those comeback wins in the 4th quarter.
