there's that saying, don't turn a bad play into a disaster, that's what he did
That's been the book on Purdy since college. He's not changing in that regard.

Annnnnnnnd Brock is back to being a normal QB. I like Brock and have been praising his ability to process but I can see now this team will only get back to the SB and have a chance to win with a legitmate QB. All the money that has been put into this team and they still have not got a legitimate QB. No knock on Brock that's just the truth.

It would be nice if Kyle can help him out somehow, but he's just the OC.

Brock had one thing going for him, he didn't make mistakes and played smart. Suddenly he looks like a total scrub

Trent Williams is a safety blanket in many ways. One is the fact Brock doesn't have to worry about his blind side...ever.
Today, Moore got worn out and became a turnstile. We couldn't establish the run to his side like we can with TW, and the PP was obvious, especially when the Bengals knew we had to pass. No chance.

Purdy is not the guy. Season is lost. Try Darnold for a couple games and see what he has.

Lol Kyle can't control bad decisions players make, or can't give the ball to CMC every play which is safest play called

yup, without Trent this OL is just not looking good, imo
and there goes the ppg, 17 a game, which is losing football, in the NFL

Based on 3 games? How do we expect to ever have a legit qb if each guy only gets a few chances.
Brock may or may not be the guy. We can't know until he's given a full years worth of starts.

My take on Brock:
Elite short field movement and elite anticipation. He's good at reading the field in a clean pocket. Below average arm talent. And NO, his arm is NOT AS GOOD AS Joe Montana's arm despite what homers would have you believe.
Defenses have adjusted and are now playing more man coverage to just dare him to beat them into small windows. He can't do this consistently.
Maybe he might be good enough for a Superbowl if they're lucky, but the Niners usually aren't lucky. Them's the breaks
