He was playing good for the first three qtrs. Unfortunately, he had a meltdown the last two drives that ended up being the final nail in the coffin. It sucks. I don't think anyone is okay with the last two drives.

Provided what you asked for.

Seriously, moving on.

DM if you'd like

All you showed was criticism. I swear you are doing this purposely now. You haven't shown anything close to what you claimed you did.

Lol right? Some random emotional posts after a bad game. I'm shock! not everyone was saying great things in the WZ. Go look at the Bosa thread lol. Guess anyone bringing up any criticism of Bosa…was just waiting for this moment to proclaim how much they dislike Bosa and were "Q William defenders" 🫠

literally have no idea who said any of that rhose posts or if they're "Trey defenders" whatever that means anyway.

That being said, he needs to bounce back quickly if we have any chance of getting a top seed.

I also worry that his arm strength after the surgery will get worse as the season goes on. Maybe it will get better? Any doctors want to chime in? lol

We got bigger fish to fry in terms of getting the 1 seed, though Brock can definitely play better.

I agree, but I don't think it's out of the question still.

The Eagles have a horrific schedule coming up. If they don't lose more than 2 games, they should easily be considered the SB favorites.

If I was a betting man, I'd say the Lions should be favored to be the #1 seed, even after getting blown out by the Ravens.

I think the Lions have a shot. Definitely agree Philly is going to lose some games too.

I'll take going to Detroit all day if it's one or the other.

I'm pretty concerned about our defense. It won't matter what seed they are on this trend.

Nice post. People need to pump the breaks with the emotional responses about Brock. Yeah, he had a chance to come through at the end of the game for us and didnt. I thought he played an A- game for 3+ quarters. Obviously everyone is going to focus on the last 2 possessions, but in no way did Brock lose the game for us IMO.

The ire of that loss is on the Ds pathetic performance.

That said Brock can't have that 1st pick. Learn and get better.

I'm probably being a pessimist, but I think the first seed was last night. Might not have been attainable to begin with. Lions have only one tough game left if they continue playing like they were before the Ravens debacle. (That's not even considering the Eagles which have a tough stretch like us.) We're bound to drop a couple more games, so we couldn't afford to lose last nights game with our schedule.

I don't even think that 4th quarter is as bad as people are trying to make it out to be. He had two drives. Both times he was driving the ball well. The first Interception was bad. I cant tell if he was throwing where he expected him to be or if he just way threw into the inside. Either way this was a bad throw in a situation we couldn't have it. The 2nd one on the next drive was not that bad at all. We had Less then 30 second left and no timeouts. He was one the run and we desperately needed a chunk play to have a realistic chance soon of winning that game. He forced a throw on prevent coverage. It wasn't as bad as people are trying to make it. These INTs just look way worse when it is coming off the poor Browns performance.

I've actually posted in the game day thread throughout the whole time and even talked about being "all in" with Brock in this very thread after the Dallas game. I've posted clips in here all the same….none of you gave a s**t about that I guess.

what exactly am I posting that so offensive in here? Explain.

Congrats! Is that two girls now? I have three and we just finished a 6 month home remodel while I slept in one room with three beds stuffed in it. It was all five of us and a girl cat who all demanded to sleep next to dad.....AND I jumped over to a new job that is intense while this was all going on..... You get no sympathy from me sucka!!!
I told them I am getting a male dog and leaving his balls intact!

I was literally unpacking stuff and organizing while watching the game last night. It's insane. I have about three months house work ahead of me still. It is funny how life's experiences teach you. I love the 49ers, but I will never lose sleep over them losing like when I was younger because its just a game and the majority of players are all happy regardless, but that's a topic for a different thread.

Good posts by both of you. My 5 year old daughter has dance on Monday afternoons, and I was going to keep her home so that I didn't miss any of the game. Then it hit me; when I'm old and she's grown up, I won't wish that I watched more Niners games. I'll wish I could take her to dance one more time. So I took her to dance. Turned my phone off and just watched it on DVR when I got home, caught up by halftime. Yes I was frustrated about the game, defense was getting abused like cheap hookers, and Purdy didn't come through when he had the chance. But we have a damn good team, with guys who are playing as hard as they can. We have a talented young QB with all of the traits a QB needs to be a star. Games and losses like this build character and the team will be better for it. WE ARE OKAY.

People really need to chill out. Go for a walk outside and watch the sunset or something. Good lord lol.

I think you were posting last night but I definitely agree with you in how you're judging those two picks. The first one was definitely worse IMO.

Wasnt even two bad drives. It was two bad passes. No one likes those, but they happen. He needs to not so those.

I'm not gonna crucify him over it, though.

Now this is a good post! Nice perspective, Furlow. And, you're right...this team will learn, make adjustments & get better from this to right the ship.

idk bout you guys but he couldn't deliver when they put the game on his arm, this is a huge red flag and those who choose to ignore it are setting themselves up big time

Yes two bad throws. Three if you count the little pass on the last drive. Either way, they proved to be drive/game killers.

Can we see it at least a handful of times before we jump to conclusions off one failed situation. I promise you every great QB doesn't go 100 percent in these situations.
