this should be the buzz, but somehow the focus is on TL completing passes against scrubs playing soft zone prevent defenses at the end of a game

Why do you hate Lance?

Why don't you have him muted?

I love the energy of the offense when Brock is out there. It's just so decisive, aggressive, confident. Everyone seems so locked in and confident in each play. Deebo, Aiyuk, & Jennings are going to have awesome years. We didn't even have kittle, Trent, or CMC out there … what a freakin lineup… crazy.

i really think our offense is going to get off to a hot start this year. I expect 28+ against the Steelers. It's going to be really hard to stop us and Brock is excellent in the red zone.

Brock escapability is a real strength of his. When your RB whiffs on a block in pass protection and two guys have free shots you are normally dead.

steelers have a good DL but their middle of the field is weak as is their CB so a lot to take advantage there

Their middle linebackers struggle with coverage too. So should be a field day over the middle and a lot of mismatches with kittle and CMC. I think we eat them up.

just need our O line to hold up but I think our starting unit is respectable. I'd guess they're going to overload the right side and test mckivitz.

Lol I always laugh when I see him run around because you really wouldn't expect that kind of short area burst/quickness. That's why I call him dirty Purdy, he's always running around juking guys, doing em dirty. Hahaha it's a great strength though.

I was worried if getting hit would mentally bother him, because of the injuries, but he seems unfazed. He ran it yesterday with no issue. It's a common issue for guys coming back from serious injuries.

Just gotta be smart about it. Darnold had that one run where he nearly got tattooed. Can't have that. Slide.
Purdy looked good yesterday. Looking like his old self, or young self, whatever lol that pass he made to Jennings(I think) was a beauty. Showed his arm strength and accuracy is still there.

Should have a two series next game and should be ready to rock week 1. LFG!!!

His 10 yard split was/is the same as CMC. He's not going to get us any long TD runs, but he has elite burst which allows him to evade rushers and make plays when they aren't there.

Lets take a pause and acknowledge the fact that Madden gave Purdy a long thick mullet and made him look 30 lbs overweight. That game never fails

IMO, it's more important to have that great ten yard split, aka short area quickness, as a QB than to have top end speed. Having both is ideal but I think it's great to have that mobility to extend plays.

his baby bosa legs coming through! Hahah I love the way Purdy plays and his personality, I think it's the ideal QB. I really think he is going to be special for us for a long time. Just need him to stay healthy.

THIS is why I call him Dirty Purdy, out there doing the defenders dirty. Love it

Yeah, I saw that. CMC would of made it.

the other one was the last run he did, he could of flicked it to jennings for the TD. I was a little surprised he didn't, maybe felt like he couldn't but I think in film reviews he will realize that
