And yet he isn't traded for which tells me they are not worried at all about the other team getting him. The fact that they are willing to negotiate draft compensation and possible extension and nothing is happening, common sense should tell you there is disagreement there on his worth and each day that passes by they "risk" losing him to another QB needy team and they have been willing to take that risk, meaning if Winston and Mariota or whoever else as fallback options is fine by them.
