IDK - bengals are catching fire

well we play seattle next
how is the bengals game not scheduled to SNF?

I could see them moving it if the Niners win next week

That would be too late. NFL has to move the game no later than 12 days before the game. So if it gets flexed, we would know by Tuesday. The game currently in that slot is CHI at GB
lol.

So it's not getting flexed

why was compton playing?

What do you mean why? Do you follow them leading up to games?

...yes.....

So why are you asking?

He was expecting Jaylon Moore..

Yeah but they said prior to the game they would be rotating

Sounds like both might be out for at least 3 weeks if not the season.

You made that diagnosis off a twitter. That's skill.

"We're optimistic" = out 1-2 weeks

"He's a bit banged up, but it's more of a pain tolerance thing and there's no further risk of injury. - might play, but reinjures himself and goes on IR, so 3 weeks.

"We don't believe it's serious, but we're going to do a precautionary MRI" = out 3 weeks at least.

Jimmy was definitely not terrible. He was real shaky early in the game, but did seem to settle down on that long drive in the 2nd. Overall, a decent game. Very 2019-esque for him.

Agreed. Big nerves early. Clearly wasn't setting his feet (high and sllllllow out pass). Then settled down and played pretty clutch despite a lot of pressure. Overcame two holding calls inside the RZ.

17/26 230 8.8 1:1 90.2 RTG

Solid game especially pre snap.

Won despite Jimmy playing terrible.

Bad take. He started out bad but played very clutch the rest of the way. 90 RTG. Too bad Jennings couldn't keep his knee in for that other TD.

I don't get some fans. These are probably the same fans who want Lance to play. You want terrible QB play? Watch most rookies play.

some of yall expect flawless QB play. In reality only about 5 guys can make that happen continuously.

Jimmy wasn't good by any means but he got better as the game went on.
Biggest win since the 2019 NFC Championship

I'm not sure about your first point, but regarding your second point: Pretty much everyone's starting DBs are dead at this point.

Yeah, our DBs suck, but I'm a lot less concerned about it now than I was in week 3. At this point, it's a wash.

I don't know about you guys, but it's tough watching Jimmy, drop back and throw off his back foot and not step into his throws. He has absolutely no zip on his passes.

Lol wtf? Jimmy had a couple bad drives, but he definitely didn't play awful. Lol, there so many trolls on the zone it's getting comical

Being reported that San Fran will be trading Jimmy after this season. Rapaport

I heard that before

Yeah and he reported that it was a lock we were drafting Mac Jones too.

Jimmy played fine, first couple drives you could see he was anxious. And it showed with high throws and the INT. I was surprised we didn't come out running the ball strong. Would of helped Jimmy early to settle in and get in his zone.

Indeed. I get tired of his inability to step up past the rush, but he's without a doubt our best option at QB. Heaven forbid we trade him and Lance struggles. Which is what will happen.

As long as they run tf outta the ball they'll win some games
