Woah! That's one of their better pass rushers.

I can already picture 49ers fans screaming for Demeco Ryans head. The Vikings defense is not good. They have too many injuries, although Harrison Smith and Patrick Peterson are back. To protect their defense, especially against us, I expect a ball-control heavy gameplan. Zimmer/Kubiak know how to play Shanahan. The 49ers defense is not going to win every down. Too many playmakers on offense for MIN. We have to stop the run. The key is situational football. When MIN is in the redzone, hold them to FGs, win the turnover battle, hold MIN to less than 45% on 3rd down.

NFL is a weird place, wouldn't shock me if he's out there on Sunday. But the guy clearly needs help.

Crazy stat from the Jags game by mid 2nd qtr…we had 14 first downs and they had a total of 12 yards offense. Give me half of that in the Vikes game and I'd be a happy camper.

That is a crazy stat! That opening drive in the 1st Qtr. drive alone...very close to taking up the entire Qtr!

All this time I keep referring to Gary Kubiak, when it's his son that is the Vikes OC. doh

Odds are it is.

OLine and DLine are crashing into each other at full speed every play. Just the impact itself, nevermind the concussions, still jar that brain stem because the brain is floating free inside the head. Hes 33 so he's at the point where the accumulation of all those impacts probably are affecting him now.

Football is a pretty simple game. Stop the run + dont turn the ball over = win
