their rosters aren't even remotely close. The Rams actually have a GM. That's the one big fault with Kyle he needs to be a coach not a coach/GM/OC/DC

McVay doesn't need excuses, he is 7-1. unlike Kyle that needs a laundry list of excuses for another losing season. you can't be serious right now. Idk where you think you're going with this. lol

McVay is 50-22 with the Rams and out of 5 years hes been there he made the playoffs 4 out of 5 times and had winning seasons in all 5 years

Kyle is 32-39 with 1 playoff years out of 4 years (looking like its still going to be 1 after this year), with three out of those 5 years having 6 or less wins

Meltdown alert. This guy is harping on a 7-1 team. It's the NFL, these kind of games happen. They have happened to the Niners way more times than not in the last 5 out of 6 years.

You will lose *some* games in the nfl even if youre the best coach. But winning more games than losing them is usually an indication of being a good coach. Kyle is running out of the time needed to win more games than lose games. If the Niners were 7-1 and they lost this way today no one would be talking about Kyle.

im saying you have a hard on for him and right now he's sucking….his roster is twice as good as SF's, no s**t his team is better right now. You think kyle could coach that LA team? f**k ya he could…I blame the FO and yes Kyle for this roster. He needs to just be a coach not a OC/DC/GM etc. and if he's not being the GM then we need to fire Lynch. Period
