Naw the throw from Jimmy to Juice was a great throw. That's what I read yesterday and I specifically brought up this throw as a great throw

I mean we will never see a throw in our lifetime like this again…just remember where you were when it happened

It's plays like this that keep Lances ass on the bench. I'm in awe of the ball location from that far away. The composure he had to hit this throw is why he is as highly regarded as Matthew Stafford. Not by me but some people

Why are you all bashing my mans for throwing a TD. At least pick on him with a play he sucked on

Bashing the people on conflate a routine throw into a great throw.

Yep completely blatantly obvious. I was screaming so loud during that play that I almost lost my voice. That was the game right there. I'm sorry but the refs have got to start calling holding a lot more especially when it's right in front of the ref and it's so obvious.

With the breaks the 49ers got from the officiating I'm not upset about this. Our backend can't let the grass defend Adams

I guess you missed all the breaks the Packers got with officiating as well. Sorry, but you got to just call obvious penalties not the ticky tac ones. Defending that non call is ridiculous.

You missed the past couple pages…one poster said this was an amazing throw. No one was hating on Jimmy here (outside of leaving 12 secs on the clock) until someone tried making this play into something it's not.

The refs we're definitely In favour of the 9ers this game. Without their assistance, I doubt we even score 20 points. With that being said, the officiating was pretty horrific at times.

Bad PIs all around imo

Roughing the passer call on Jaire. No call on Jimmie awards hit. No call on intentional grounding by Jimmy. Eric Stokes no touch PI. But we got 1 bad PI penalty
Refs were highly in our favor. Usually they aren't but we have to admit when it goes the other way.

There was also a tripping call that they didn't call on the Packers. They didn't show it on TV but at the game they replayed it and you can hear the crowd booo. It was an obvious trip.

Are you talking about the play where Jimmy got tripped? The did call tripping on that play.

He won the game.

And then the defense gave it away in an easy situation.

Jimmy runs the clock down on those last two 1st and 10s like he should have, we don't have to worry about the defense.

Normally yes.

But whatever it takes to have the right flow for a 2 minute scoring offense, you do what's necessary and worry about scoring too soon later.

Jimmy would've gotten buried if he failed to score a TD on that final drive, regardless of time left on the clock.

Like others have said, we failed following that TD.....from the kickoff to the coverage on both plays. Should've been able to force Rodgers to truly truly make an all time throw to beat us, as opposed to having the talent to beat soft coverage.
Didn't the Niners still have all their timeouts when they scored? I know they did when they started that drive and I don't hink they used any. Maybe one which means they still had a couple to use. On that TD play there was 12 seconds on the play clock when the ball was snapped. Kyle could have instructed Jimmy to let the clock wind down and then call time out. That would have taken another 11 seconds off the clock. Maybe it wouldn't have made a difference since the Packers could have run a deeper pattern and still gotten into position to score but it would have been harder for them. This part of the loss I put on Kyle.

Defense was on their heels. Time to go for the throat was then. Not give em a chance to get a breather and regroup. Can't imagine this place if we fallen to score from that close. People would want Juice cut or Jimmy benched.
