A bit worried about this. I don't blame Shanny & Co. on this. Just that we are going into game 2 of a season with extremely high expectations with a rookie CB and a vet who may be over the hill. I'd rather see Kilpatrick than Norman, but I don't see what the coaches see in practice. And I know Lenoir looked good in preseason but I don't think he payed that well to start him over Kilpatrick? Maybe he hasn't picked the defense up as fast as Norman or Lenoir. ANd like I said, I don't see what the coaches see in practice.

So In Shanny & Co. I Trust.

Norman also had a week longer with the team than Kirkpatrick, so could be as simple as knowing the defense well enough this week, and maybe Kirkpatrick starts next week. We'll see.

I couldn't find a thread on this, but what the hell happened to Ambry Thomas?? For a 3rd round pick, I haven't heard much about this guy and especially when we NEED cornerbacks.

He struggled worse than Dontae Johnson last week and he also didn't look very good in the preseason. I think he'll be fine long term though.

Keep in mind that this team has SB caliber roster since 2019. Non of the draft picks should be able to displaced a starter unless major injuries or the starter absolutely tanking.

Josh Norman did quite well for the Bills last season, but we need Mosely back and I think we need to trade for a bona-fide starter.
