The Chiefs...mainly because of Mahomes.
There are a few other teams that have a roster that is competitive with the Niners....but I wouldn't say their rosters are better.

Chiefs roster is overrated. Take away Mahomes and they are an average football team.

IMO, there's a few pieces you could take just one away from and they wouldn't be the same, even remotely.

The Chiefs because I expect Tom Brady favouritism for Mahommes. In terms of player for player talent only the Ravens and Saints stack up. But the Saints QB is near the end. Ravens have yet to win a playoff game.
