Working a 3 team trade is the only explanation.

Ugh I really hope so it's either that or Aiyuk is trying really hard to get us to up our offer and we won't budge…

3-team trades don't happen in the NFL. Aiyuk is just playing the 9ers using Pittsburgh.

It doesn't say anything about trade value/terms. Simply that the card is planted like the 9er comment ball in your court. They are doing same. It's over. Pick.
That steeler talking head listed players, we're not taking scrubs

Praying we land Addams on this trade.

This is the only way I would feel okay about all this.

I really want that Cleveland Browns Cooper package right now
Morticia Addams, Would !

Being an SF Giants fan and getting played by free agents the last few seasons, I am hoping to finally be on the other side. Definitely sucks to be a fan of a team that gets used in contact talks just for the player to stay with their current team (or the one they wanted to go to all along). For the sake of my ego, I hope he signs his extension with the 49ers and stays.

That's why BA is a bi-atch. Complained about the pay so we find him two team willing to pay him over what he wanted here. But nope, not good enough for him. He wants to go to his preferred team on his preferred salary with his preferred terms. Even now the prick can't make up his mind with a deal in place.

Dude needs to see the door ASAP. It's a pipe dream but I'm still holding out hope we can replace him with someone serviceable eg Cooper or better eg Adams.
Is this another false "insider" flash? If it's real then they must be working out some details. Either that or Aiyuk is having 2nd thoughts. At this point I don't care whether he stays or leaves. Just get this over with so they can concentrate on Williams. He's more important.

Seriously I hope today is the day. Regardless of the outcome

Also, deebo ended up signing a reasonable contract

Lol..

$24.5m per year was not a reasonable WR contract 2 years ago.

2022 Extensions
AJ Brown = $25m avg
Diggs = $24m avg
Metcalf = $24m avg
McLaurin = $22.8m avg
Godwin = $20m avg

Based on this reasonable contract logical, Aiyuk shouldn't sign for less than $30m avg.

2024 Extensions
Jefferson = $35m avg
St. Brown = $30m avg

Yeah this is something else. Ready for him to go as I have a feeling we'll be doing this all over again in a few years if he stays.

Deebos contract was reasonable. Especially when considering the minutia

edit: deebo agreed to a contract that made him the 8th highest receiver. Based on your reasonable contract logic, that would put BAs contract at 26.5.

🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

They are calling his bluff.

He will now have to s#!t or get off the pot.
BA figured 49ers would never let it get this far.

49ers called his bluff.

BA knows going to be Pitt. will be more money, but playing for that team, in that division, in that part of the country, will suck.

49ers make a good will gesture, offering him 26.1 M, and he signs in SF.

how about we make a good gesture while he's on the plane to PIT
Just tell him our offer will be lowered each 2 hours by 500k/year
