I don't see why the Niners throw away their leverage to appease him with a 1-year dear+no franchise tag.

Unless I missed a report saying otherwise, it doesn't sound like the team has any intentions to work out a deal. Dude needs to accept he's playing on that fifth year.

We have to do whatever we need to do to get him on the field.

We put ourselves in this situation by trying to be slick. Now we got no Trent and no B.A practicing in training camp.

We should re-sign TW and use that $ to sign B.A to a long term deal.

OR we can stop with quest for six talk and be a regular middle of the pack team with a few extra draft picks.
