his contract is up next year.
He was the first guy to ,''Rock With Brock,'' and vouched for Purdy over Trey.
Brandon arguably played better than Deebo this year.
Yet in games without Deebo, niners lost. Gonna need to draft a deebo clone in the draft and re-sign Brandon.

KC corners are better than our WRs.

KC's DBs have pretty much locked down everyone this season. That group is really freaken good.

BA was open a few times, Purdy didn't have time to get the throw off to him

I was literally about to post this. I seen BA open for 2 TDs. One Brock didn't have time to find him. The other was a deep completion to McCloud or Conley but BA was open deeper.

Their secondary was excellent and their DLine pressured Brock making their dbacks job easier.
Very little YAC which is how we've been setting up TD's for years.
Their D took that away.
Losing Aiyuk will be very painful.
Hopefully we can keep him some how.

Going to have to franchise tag Aiyuk. See what he is worth on the market.
Might get an offer we can't refuse.

If one has to go I'd rather get an offer for Deebo we can't refuse. The way he plays I don't see him being able to continue at a high-level very much longer.

Deebo is the star or the receiver group. He's the one guy opposing teams game plan against. He's also only 28. Remove Deebo and the chaos he creates to oppsing D's and I don't see Aiyuk getting to 1300 yards, let alone 1000 yards receiving if teams only have to account for him.
Aiyuk is a good receiver but he's not having the same impact as Deebo for this team.

I think Ayiuk is a #1. Not a top 5 WR but a #1. Overall i thought he played fine.
The problem with Deebo is when you can get a good man to man corner on him he becomes a liability. Honestly we probably would have got more production in this particular game with Jennings as our #2. there are some games Deebo can just absolutely take over and he looks like the best player on the field and their are certain teams that can just completely take him away with a single guy covering him. And i am not talking about just a top flight shut down corner either. look at it like this. If we had Just Deebo and a bunch of average WRs to pair up with him. We would have a s**tty WR core. And that is not a good thing when you are paying a guy 20+ mil a year.

Agreed, might not have much choice though as DBo is already under contract.
I would prefer to see DBo go over Aiyuk. Supposedly teams were talking 2 1st rounders for him last season but I don't think he would get that now. Maybe second rounders or something.

That's the overlooked aspect of this. Deebo is a guy people gameplan for. You aren't getting rid of him. Build up the trenches and you get more time for our guys to get open.
