Shannahan isn't getting the ball to Aiyuk. He's not getting plays run for him.

Poster brought this up before. One reason is that Jimmy doesn't throw to he outside where BA is most effective. Mullens let it fly everywhere for good or bad.

Yet he was targeted 6 times vs GB??? Had 115 yards vs NE when Jimmy was the QB, that was one of his best games. Something is going on more behind the scenes with Aiyuk. When Shanahan says "He needs to be a better Pro", that's saying more than just his play. IMO

Good point brought up on 95.7.

would shannahan have frozen out Randy Moss and Terrell Owens too? Would he have put those hall of fame receivers in the doghouse because he didn't like their attitudes?
Aiyouk has proven he can get S done if they go to him. Something is going on between Aiyouk and Shannahan. It seems like its more than just whats going on on the field or the practice field.

His 2 catches were nice, but it's telling that he was covered like white on rice on both of them.
