Or when he was approaching being able to play he asked niners to reinstate his guarantees and they didn't. Or maybe he was told they'd work back in some kind of guarantee?

In general you'd think it ridiculous for a player to not realize that but it doesn't seem like many people have been able to get through to Aiyuk.

Kittles reaction video above is even more damning than the text alone
My thing is you've got an experienced agent. At a minimum follow his advice. You get back on the field last year and show you can play. Then you've got more ammo to either get your money reinstated or get your contract traded or get released and earn another one. You're only young once so use your youth and your young body to earn that cash

Simple

That is the most crazy part of all of this. Show up and put in the literal minimum effort possible and you get a cheque that almost every human that has ever lived can't even fathom. But instead he got insulted and said f**k it.
He didn't have to play well or even play at all. Just come in and go on the treadmill for 15 minutes and say your leg hurts and go home and you get $30 million or whatever. Absolutely crazy.

Not to mention the flipside of coming in and just playing really well for a SB contender and possibly winning a championship etc etc etc.
He'd rather poison his career and future earning potential to go to a team with his buddy on it that has been largely garbage for 30 years straight.

I said it earlier but the only NFL coaching Aiyuk has ever known is elite play caller/play designer shanahan. He'll now be going to a 1st time OC.

the bold is why he won't have success in dc or anywhere. he's a cry for help this guy needs help. he's not willing to put in minimum effort, so he is headed straight for some catastrophe, i'm sure sf knowing the character of our guys they have tried to help him in 500 dif ways yet reality is you can't help someone who doesn't want help.

I can't watch that video right now, but what shade are you talking about? If it's from the articale earlier, as far as him saying Aiyuk looked good to go... that's not shade...imo..

I'm guessing there are antics/lockerroom stuff we don't know about. I'm not sure how you can see this and think anything else:

Kittle added, "But you guys have fun with that, I guess ... You have fun with all that comes with it."

Lol...Watch the video. The shade is there.

Ok now I get it, when I first read the article with those quotes, I thought he was talking to regular media journalists... and he was basically saying...here's a nugget, have fun with that... "Aiyuk was fine last year, but still wasn't activated...take that for what you will".

But after watching the video, he's talking to a Commander fan... so that fan asked how does Aiyuk look, and Kittle said physically... he looked same o'l Aiyuk, speed and route running... but yeah have fun with that, and everything else that comes with it.

So I get the shade.... George just seems ready to move on and start the season.

Crazy. If Kittle is willing to throw shade at BA, I bet the majority of that locker room dislikes BA

Yeah Kittle goes to bat for every single one of his teammates. Even this comment is a gentle "F him". Once Kittle gets into his wrestling career I hope he's more open about s**t.

more shade or not depending on how you feel...

This is one of those a scenarios where 99% are in obvious agreement on what's what. I'd go as far to say the players don't even blame Jed for sticking it to him and believe he should. What he's done is insane.

He specifically said in interviews that he was only looking out for himself. Immediately after the Super Bowl loss both BA and his fiancee were talking about how BA may not even return to the team in 2024 and I said then they were stupid because he was under contract. BA looked out for himself as he stated he would and he used the word selfish. JJ took a shot at him when he signed his extension that year as well. Then we have seen how BA has acted since signing the deal. Locker room ain't feeling him as it should be

Yeah, after the SB loss his vibe was so weird. Hindsight is always 20/20. I am more confused why the Commanders would even consider him. I don't care if Daniels loves him, I can't see any Coach/GM seriously considering it.

Really I have a hard time remembering Kittle throwing shade at any players in the league. Maybe some trash talk in jest, I guess there was that "F%&k Dallas" incident but that was directed at the whole organization

We need a Whitner or some other hard hitting DB to just RUIN BA when the Commies visit Levi's. I am so sick of this dude that I'd even be cool with a suspension. Don't think I've hated a former Niner this much since TO and his antics.

you don't have to worry about that, he's doing a good job himself of taking himself down. you don't think he's harming himself? he cost himself like 26m and got himself arrested for putting the evidence online for the sherrifs office, this dude doesn't need any enemies he has that in the mirror, sad situation tbh we hope this is not another aldon smith
