That's what everyone keeps saying. It's likely Aiyuk violated the terms of his contract in some fashion… we don't know details. There are reasons for him to not contest it though beyond his guilt.

He says his 'source' reached out to him after he made that 1st post about a week ago.

We'll see how it plays out. Lobs likes to throw a lot of sh*t out there so I wouldn't be shocked if this was just another BS post by him.

We'll find out eventually what's what...maybe. Some things remain a weird mystery. To this day people don't really know why Bill Belichick benched Malcolm Butler for that Eagles SB.

Given Lobs has posted for years about a career in sports medicine, I'd assume if he had a legitimate source it's likely some lowbie on the training staff. I'd say slight chance he's getting some real insight about complications with Aiyuk's knee injury.

The rest of it would be narrative crafting around that piece of information on Lobs' part… and it really doesn't make sense with what's known, in my opinion. Lobs has no real credibility and he 100 percent didn't vet this information like a quality journalist would. He can't.
lol. How long can we wait before cutting him? There's probably a new league year payment that kicks in and a workout bonus, but if it's post June 1 and Wash wants him they should give us a pick.

"I've heard a lot of guys don't want to be out there. Believe it. Many people are saying it!"

Man f**k Aiyuk! If it were me I would totally screw him over right back; not cut him, and just continue to put him on the did not report list. Screw Adam Peters too if he signs him if/when we cut him. Such a bad precedent on all fronts

Problem is you said that before and during negotiations, then he rejected 2 trade offers that would have gotten him his desired $, told KS he wanted to be here then resigned Now he clearly doesn't want to be here and he can hit the bricks. He royally f**ked over the niners. Now You were right he'd go down as universally hated here

Yea let's kick that dead cap charge down the road for fun.

He'll be released as soon as the new league year hits. We're getting what we wanted, which is out of his contract.

Yeah just keep him on the roster and ruin his career. I just think back to how he was the guy who Fred would always get into it with at practice. Shoulda known hes a mental midget at that moment.

Why not? They lead the league in dead cap anyways; what's one more lol?

I'm petty like that; I would screw him instead of giving him exactly what he wants and orchestrated (being cut)

We're taking the dead cap charge now and clearing it off the books going into next season.

We cannot do what you suggested even if they wanted to, which they obviously do not.
Can this guy just leave already f him f Reno and everyone there cept Chubba

I sincerely don't understand. Last I checked he's under contract with us. Where does it state anywhere that if a player does not report than the team has to cut/release him?
