different situations though, BA literally ghosted the team that he just signed a big deal with. Went full on AWOL. No one in their right mind is gonna give him any real GTD cash after that stunt. SF sure as s**t isn't gonna do that. I mean it's closer to Campbell just walking off the field mid game than anything.

BA is young and a good player, someone will think they can motivate him or whatever. He won't ever recover they lost money though.

DK might lose a lot of money from the law suit. That fan is almost surely going to sue DK, team, and NFL. (Some combination of it, I figure). No proof on that yet but reports say it's coming.

just all around bonehead moves by DK and BA. When you have something to lose, you can't do stuff like that. People looking to sue wealthy people as much as whores aspire to get knocked up by them.

idk why people get so bothered by what some random person you don't know says to you. Lol unless someone is about to put harm on you, who gives a f**k? Shows lack of emotional maturity and insecurity.

unless you're someone I value in my life, nothing you're saying is going to hurt my feelings. Lol I'll just think you're an idiot and sad person.

I'm not saying the 9ers should have done the same with Aiyuk... but I feel teams looking for his services will probably put in stipulations that if he leaves the team or some other weird s**t, they can get out of the contract. So although some might not feel so, he might still get paid paid. With that protection, and maybe other incentives.

No one's gonna pay him. His next contract will be a 1 year prove it deal

Someone will take a shot with BA but I'd be shocked if it's not a 1 year prove it deal. He still needs to prove he's the same after the injury. Dude could've rehabbed like he should have and made it back this year to prove he still has it all while getting his money. Then he could've requested a trade in the off-season if he is this upset with the organization. Would have been a win win for everyone involved. The more I think about it the worse it looks on BA.

DK is a menace on the field but that's where it ends with him. He's not a dumbass like BA.

Some keep thinking this, but why would a team give him a 1 year prove it deal... if that gives him the option to leave to another team (after proving himself)?

Imo... it would be more than a 1 year deal, with the option to get out of it early if something happens. So yeah he is still going to get paid paid, if he keeps his head straight through the contract.

I can't see anyone giving Aiyuk more than a 1yr prove it deal, he hasn't played in almost 2yrs now by the time 2026 comes, and after what he's done, I wouldn't give him more than a 1yr deal, no way I give him anything significant GTD, he hasn't shown or earned it, he's immature, he obviously doesn't give 2 s**ts about his teammates or else he would have shown up & rehabbed with the 49ers, I'm just so over it, just cut his ass, be done with it, and if someone is willing to get him a multi year deal then that's on them, cause they're likely to get burned, but no way he gets anything significant.

AB his teammates understand his situation. Some know they will get screwed too by our front office or another front office. Hell Jennings got a whiff of how it can be, when he had his weird hold out. I'm sure he got some *rude* pm's on his social media accounts by our fans too. Do you think Jennings is gonna give us a discount, after we had him play this year with the potential of him getting injuried without a long term deal? The players usually stick together because they know how it can be.

I don't think Jennings is giving a discount but the thing with him is he was JUST given a new contract in 2024 and it was only a two year deal. Ican see why the team didn't want to immediately negotiate a new contract. I also wish they did a longer term deal initially (3 - 4 years).

I am curious as to what he goes for on the open market. It's wild because I think his number was 15 million. The 49ers were probably operating on the assumption they would have Aiyuk so that was a no go. But with no Aiyuk, Jennings at 15 million sounds fair. Then once again the Jaguars do Jaguar things inflating the market again lol (they did it with Kirk in 2021/2022), so now that number might ne 20 million.

I'm hoping once the salary cap situation clears up and perhaps they can even recover some of the money from Aiyuk to get even more cap relief and then give Jennings that 3 year deal. Im just not so sure they are comfortable with 20 million.

He tried to punch a fan. He's every bit the dumbass that BA is. Dude is so f**king fortunate that he missed.

I would've sold that s**t and fell out of the stands onto the field into violent convulsions if I were that dude.

🤣🤣

Huh? He just posted an old video of him balling out in TC. Clearly he wants to get back to that and reportedly is doing whatever he can to help out his team and teammates.

I hope he does have a FU attitude with the s**t fans that couldn't handle the business side of sports. They deserve it imo.

Ah yes. The s**tty fans agrument.

The writing was on the wall, dude was exuding arrogance and resentment with cryptic passive aggressive social media posts before the season started yet some fans defended his behavior to the dying end

This all happened after he got paid which is concerning.

He had his foot out the door and was ready to be traded, Kyle in the 11th hour ran to John's office and said no, and paid him what he wanted at $30M+.
Dude acts like a diva in TC, and instead of showing appreciation to KS, he does the opposite. Then in games He drops balls and seems out of game shape to start the season. Reid(younger brother of our retired safety) with KC destroys his knee with a questionable hit, and his season and maybe career is done.
Not sure why he's not being a professional and showing fans he's working his recovery, but everyone can't be Fred.

We don't know the whole story. Maybe his knee is shredded for life like Lattimore and he's never going to cut and sprint the same again. But what he's showing in his videos doesn't match with a dude that wants to play football again. Not sure why he agreed to the contract void, or why the NFLPA did oppose, something else is missing in the story.
I wonder if trading him for AJ Brown is a viable option? Both similar situations

No more expensive head case WRs.

AJ Brown offers nothing to this team. Niners are all about vibes, grit and humility.
Hopefully he's back for the divisional round. We could use him.

He was not ready to be traded. The 49ers were ready to trade him and he blocked the trade. He could've been in Cleveland or New England.

Why would we do that? I'd rather spend elsewhere. I think we could get more bang for our buck elsewhere as well.
