Are you living under a rock, in denial?, or just purposefully playing ignorant? During negotiations he unfollowed the 49ers and posted a video on the phone with his old QB In Jayden Daniels who was drafted by a team that Ayuik specifically mentioned he'd like to play for saying "They don't want me back"

Now in this season he's posted a pic of Julio Jones after he criticized KS and TO who the 49ers traded not because of the lack of talent but unprofessionalism. Then when fans critique his passive aggressive post he tells them to stfu. Read between the lines and you might see why 9er fans are losing patience and respect

Maybe Kyle SHOULD have called more plays to BA in the SB. Dude was open a s**t ton. Maybe Kyle should have called more plays to Julio in the SB.

The TO pic in my opinion was BA brushing off media BS, which they were talking about how the FO didn't wanted to resign him…Not some deep state trade request lol. He and the team had their chance to work a trade.

Love how you use the word "critique" when in reality it was a bunch of s**t head fans being emotional babies. Guess they're allowed to be like that and BA was just "critiquing" them all the same.

Sounds more like narrative driven reading between the lines rather than negotiating contracts (and how a lot of players go about it now) and him telling some fickle fans to pipe down.

for me as long as he's here I'm gonna root for him to play well and help this team win. I know that's gonna be hard for some of ya"ll because the team didn't win the contract negotiations and he hurt your feelings a little bit

What are you going on about? How is saying "they don't want me back" and "stfu" critiquing and how is he brushing off media when he's stirring the pot? I wasn't even mad about how much he got I wouldn't even be mad about him holding out but it's how he went about it. We had a trade in place with the patriots who were going to GIVE HIM MORE MONEY then he turned it down after all of that drama.

At least Julio knew to keep it to himself till he retired Ayuik is actively playing for KS. I hope he bounces back and becomes more positive unfortunately I don't really see it happening this season

IF ANY player wants to be traded, I say trade them... how difficult is that ??

IMO I see it as pathetic that fans need to try so hard to make a person a "bad guy" spending time and energy to get under someone skin THEN throw their hands up in the air crying about him getting offended over it.

gratitude? lol you didn't do jack s**t for him to get where he is. You aren't signing his paycheck…fans expect too much from 20 something sport athletes imo. Fans are softer than baby s**t and get butt hurt over everything… bunch of hypocrites

Sounds like the FO didn't want him back…whose fault is that? Why leak that out AFTER you signed him?

if you had no intentions of signing him, then don't. Plain and simple. Let him play his deal out or trade him to the team him wants to go to for lesser compensation. move on. don't pay him then leak out s**t about being mad you didn't win the negotiation blah blah blah.

trying to toss all the blame on a player because fans are so loyal to a team is silly. This team has consistently been horrible at these contract situations for yrs (up until this off season). Ultimately they end up paying them what they wanted…so it doesn't even work.

Fans imo need to get over it and get back to rooting for the guys that play on their team. The moment he starts catching TDs, ya'll are gonna be back to being happy and you'll realize your emotional distress of this stuff was a waste of time. You weren't the one trying to get paid life changing money.

part of being a professional, and brandon is paid a lot as a pro, is to don't let the trolls rile you. there will always be trolls or haters, whatever you wanna call em, when you are rich and famous. you can get down on their level or you can rise above it. not every troll deserves a response, him going off half cocked about ppl over 30 and so forth. so when i see that, it tells me he is matching the energy of the bottom of the internet barrel, and he is focused on the wrong things. the right thing to focus on is getting back on the field, and proving you're a quality player with your play. not calling out joerandom2928795 on the internet, from his DMs. it's just a reality there will be not nice ppl online, out of the billions of ppl online. gotta deal with it

not happening any time soon..
i hope he does well as a 49er. no one is emotionally distressed. other than him coming off that way in his social media activity. i do want guys who represent the club i support to be a tad bit better than the lowest of the internet low.

This is such a fan post imo. "Fans are allowed to be a douche, and he's not allowed to defend himself because he makes more money than us…we're gonna get offended because he got offended with our s**t comments"

Just not relatable with today's culture and sports/famous people. Go look around, social media has made them available to every single avg Joe blow. My god you want to talk about emotional go look at every NBA player. It's the way this generation is…good bad whatever, social media means something to them.

why can't the organization be professional in all this? Why toss out leaked stuff about not wanting to sign him?

FWIW I don't think BA is in the right with everything he's done either. I think as a fan base we could be better. Getting all bend out of shape for no real reason.

yeah this is a prime example of why he fought for as much money as he could get from a billionaire. we should be rooting for him to get healthy. Not doing what a lot of people are doing.

I could give two s**ts if he puts some scumbag living in his parent's basement in his place. Good they deserve it.
The team, BA and the fans could have handled it better

The team offered a fair contract that BA even admitted he coulda handled it better. Then this offseason BA is unfollowing the 49ers on IG again because…… The dude is making his own bed. Fanatics tend to overreact it's in our nature. Aiyuk has people who's job it is to save his public image and he's like nah imma just do s**t to piss off the fans and act like a little b***h when they get pissed.

Massive waste of time imo. I think all it does is create friction for a player and fans that can result in poor play. SM has kinda removed that wall between player and fans, interactions are way easier and that might not be a good thing all the time. Not every player is a robot.

fans should be rooting for him to get better and kick some ass on the field. 4 seasons of busting his ass and making the most of his opportunities. If he really really didn't want to be here, he would have been gone last off season.

im not BA's number one fan or whatever, I think he's a damn good WR and his skill set is needed…we saw that when he was out last yr. If he becomes a locker room problem or just never regains his top end play, yeah move on. Until then he's a 49er, how about fans quit being a-holes about all of it, move on

this isn't a good message from a rich player to the fanbase. if he wants to pick fights with fans, he's gonna have less of them. that's just reality from where i sit. he isn't even playing. some wrs chirp when they are playing good ball. this dude is on the PUP lol. and he wants to talk bad about the fans. it's just so rich.

The thing is ... nobody ... NOBODY should care. It doesn't matter until it does. Assuming he comes back and isn't great, as is common with ACLs, he's going to get some slack from the team, and they are the ones that matter. Modern fans seem super fickle, and riding a player is not likely to make them better players.

"part of being a professional" ... so is it okay for Taylor Swift to get upset if you were front and center at every show shouting "show us yer t*ts"? She's a professional, she should just suck it up and ignore people treating her badly right?

I think entertainers SHOULD have thick skins and be able to ignore the people who's opinions don't matter, but that's not the way everyone can be. And pretty much everyone has a breaking point. Being injured on a new huge contract puts a MASSIVE amount of pressure on a pro athlete, so they are going to be closer to the edge anyhow.

So, yeah, it's a fact of life, that doesn't mean it's good or that it actually means anything about him as a player.

that's what i am saying, it's a fact of life. it's all about control what you can control. i can't control how other ppl act, but i can control how i respond to it. in your example, if it's persistent and vulgar in front of an audience presumably of other ppl who paid to attend, you get escorted out and rightly so. i'm sure swift gets a lot more online interactions than BA does, and she has a large fan following. i don't follow her too closely but i would be surprised if she engages in fans in a negative way, or tells her fanbase to stfu if they are the wrong age, things of that nature. maybe she does, but i don't think so.

How are you so sure the 9ers leaked it? They have a damn good reputation being tight lipped under KS. If they did maybe they had to explain why they didn't trade him when the patriots offered exactly what we asked.

Regardless whether he bounces back or not (which I hope he does) doesn't really excuse his antics.
It's odd you're calling everyone that questions his attitude "whining cry baby's softer than baby sh*t".
Id like to see some positivity from him personally rather than coaches holding his hand saying "Here you can help me coach up the new guys" If he took that upon himself that might mean somthing.
Dude seems to have a negative attitude and I can't recall the last time if ever he was positive

Multiple reporters like TK have said that is what they've been told. They get info from the inside all the time. So yes they did leak it to reporters.

the FO handled it horribly and they get zero "bad guys vibes" like BA does. Like I said everyone handled it poorly including our thin skinned fans
