I think it depends on how strong/poorly Hufanga comes back from major injury.
If he is back at full strength... then yeah, I think it'd be hard to keep him.

I read about the injury that he has and was surprised to see that it takes 12-16 weeks to fully heal and it's only been about a month. No way he doesn't reinjure it if he is playing week 1. It's way to early. We need him more in the 2nd half than we do in in the 1st half. So IR him and have him return in week 7 or better yet, after the bye week.
