Niners need to stop f**king around with this guy. Here's the deal, take it. don't take it. play. don't play. We own you for the next few years and we don't give a f**k what you do anymore. We go with what we got. And then give Trent whatever he wants

the 49ers don't leak, so you can't believe everything that gets tweeted out

So tired of this, my take is unless we get premium picks and good player in return, make him sit out. The picks really don't help us now, but if it's a good return, it's acceptable. I just don't think the is worth the money he could be asking for. Unless it's a 2 year deal that we can opt out of if his trajectory stalls. He only had one really good season.

Sarcasm?
No he couldn't lol. He had 4 yrs with Mahomes and his best season he had 530 yards.

Mannnnn how is Aiyuk gonna be the last to sign between JJ, Lamb, Aman Ra, probably Chase? He shoulda been one of the firsts! Those are the guys that usually sit out the longest. This is truly the worst holdout ever. I'm convinced both sides stumbled through this one equally

It's a good sign that Maiocco hasn't said anything about Aiyuk now refusing to sign for less than Ceedee.

I don't think that has much to do with anything

I think it has a lot to do with stuff. Outside of the front office or Brandon himself and his agent, he'd be the one to know.
Obviously not a end all be all, but it says something.

Dallas needs CeeDee more than we need BA.

Yep. At this point BA would look like a second-rate player if he accepted 26M or 28M.

Seems to me time is on our side. Don't do nothing, and he is on the 5th year at $14.1m. Play, or don't, at $783,333/week.
I want him back, but now I need to see a positive attitude before I fork out $112m+.

You gotta send a message. "Guys we offered BA a team friendly lucrative deal to try and keep the band together. He said no and asked to be traded. We allowed BA to find trade partners and once we came to terms with a couple teams that would pay him market rate he opted out and insisted we do it. We can't do now that ship has sailed and BA either has to accept our deal or play his fifth year option and be tagged and traded"
Thing is at least with Defo he knew he wanted money over team and he accepted the trade went and got paid and ain't seen the playoffs since but I bet he's richer though. BA had a choice and now we only have two. Play on our deal or play out the fifth year option

Now my dream scenario for packing Aiyuk + Mitchell for one of their stud OTs + Cooper + pick(s) would have made more sense.
Damn.
I like this kinda party. Would be dope if we can grab a top C or RT that is capable of playing at a higher level than the guys we have .

Hope Aiyuk has managed his money well up to this point, because he is about to miss some big game checks. The Niners can get full value for him when some upper echelon team loses a wideout for the season to injury,
