What can Washington offer us in terms of players? LMC + a quality starting caliber D lineman + 2nd or 3rd rounder is what I would say is necessary.

He's proving that he's very immature for his age, I'm so sick of this, he just loves to stir s**t up, he's showing his true colors, if he cared about winning he'd be re-signed by now, nope, he wants MONEY over WINNING, just shows you his true color/character, either sign the extension, or play on the option, or sit the f*ck out & lose the money & either have the deal toll to 2025, or come in for enough games and then get tagged next yr, let his ass sit for whatever amount he wants, hold his ass hostage, by 29 yrs old he won't have leverage, who the hell will give him the money he thinks he can get, just so tired of this, I wouldn't deal him unless we get a real good WR back.

Folks gotta understand DC moving Dotson has nothing to do with BA. If you paid attention to their TC reports you'd see that literally every legit WR was playing ahead of him. Multiple reports said for weeks that his roster spot was in jeopardy. Kliff didn't like him for this team.

DC was out of the BA sweepstakes a while ago. I can't imagine they'd up their offer now right before the season starts.

if Pitt was legit a thing, he'd be gone by now.
Hey NY, Why are you such a party pooper? Let the fellas have fun with the rumors and trade scenarios. You're no fun man!!!

Honestly, most if not all agree with you on that. Just shooting the s**t til this thing is finally ovahhh!!!!

Is that wink means their offense really sucks and Steeler can really use an Aiyuk and need to up their offer? Or for Aiyuk that Their QBs and their offense sucks? Or both? LOL

Hey AB - I have a question for you.

right now, Aiyuk is claiming to be hurt so he doesn't have to practice and to not get fined.
Since the fifth year option is fully guaranteed - can he continue to claim he's injured and not play at all this year and collect his entire salary?

don't usually contracts contain something that gives them injury guarantees? And if he misses games cause of injury - do they count towards his "seniority" or like games towards tenure

I don't think Mike Silver uses twitter for his sources...he's been right a ton before.

So he is claiming to be hurt? Tried telling this board he had more power than many thought with this being his biggest power play.

To answer your question yes he gets paid and doesn't have to play any games to accrue a season. No different than actually tearing his ACL

Yeah he's claiming he has a "sore back" so he doesn't have to practice. So he's reporting to not get fined but claiming to be hurt so he can't be fined for not practicing .

I wonder what the remedies are for a team when they don't believe a player is injured. I heard Belichick on the pat mcafee show say "it gets complicated".

I bet it has something to do with "'mediation" and they'd have to essentially sue him for the money back. Which I imagine they would to discourage players from thinking they can take this route - I think the league would want them to. Teams hate this new hold in.

Only thing they can do is CBA it out at next negotiations.

They're better off sending him home with pay if he's not going to practice/play

Doesn't make sense for him to play that card. He loses the difference of the contract being offered to him losing something like 12million this year and then he still gets tagged next year and has to find a trade partner after being a scab on a Super Bowl contender. No way he would ever recoup the lost money.
the real SF WR

Well, not completely correct, he would collect the money if he was on the 53-man or an injured list, but if he refuses to sign a new deal, and goes on something like a refuse to report list, then he'd lose all of the money, I mean there's no way the 49ers will let him sit out, and get paid at the same time, he either plays or sits & doesn't get paid, it's his decision.
