Who said he's getting paid like Lamb and JJ? Those guys are gonna make more than him. I don't even think he's asking for that type of cash either.

I do think he's at that Moore/ASB level though and that's what he should be getting. IMO he's got Adams level upside.

also yeah it kinda is an all in yr with this current roster. Gotta keep the young guns because you can't continue to pay the old ones, just how the NFL works.

This is rich.

BA like most professional athletes are entitled brats with elitist like attitudes. The real world doesnt get to experience these types of 1st world problems of crying over millions of dollars all while claiming " I have put food on the table" The money they get paid is mind numbing to most as most cant even afford the $10 dollar hotdog and $20 dollar beer at the game. As fans we look past the money but when players get offered contracts worth the GDP of a small country and say not enough all while getting paid millions, its fair for fans to get alittle emotional. If anyone is like me, the 49ers are apart of your enjoyment in life so when entitled brats threaten my enjoyment and the competitiveness of my team, I might get a little emotional.

Guess what…he is entitled and no he doesn't have the same experiences as us "normal folk" in regards to working. That's capitalism man.

you act like he's some nepo trust baby lol. Dude busted his ass to get to this elite level in his profession…which only the top 1% get to AND that career is super short.

getting emotional over a guy being emotional with his career because it's affects your entertainment lol ????. That's rich.

if you think he's not worth that compared to the other WRs in the NFL, fine….If you just think they're all over paid, we'll take it up with the millions of fans that helped the NFL bring in $13B this past yr.

look man we're all emotional fans…I just find it silly for ya'll to be uptight and pissed because a grown ass man who's worked his ass off to get it this very moment wants his worth in a market that says he's worth that

comparing your life situation to his current situation is silly. I mean go be a all-pro WR and you can make that cash all the same ????

This is a multi billion dollar industry and players in the NFL (who are putting their mind and body on the line) are getting screwed over by prior CBAs. Guys have earned whatever they can get.

I think he deserves to get paid and not play on the 5th year. There's tons of precedent for this. This isn't a Ja'marr Chase situation where he is on the fourth year of a five-year deal.

That being said, he is also getting bad advice. His chances of earning a 3rd contract after this one drop extremely low if you go to the Steelers or any other bad spot. Here he will have a guaranteed role on a good team and put up numbers that allow him to hit FA again in 3-4 years.

He also has to understand the constraints of the salary cap and how keeping a competitive team with stars around him benefits everyone as a whole.

Putting their body and mind on the line, I am pretty sure many people outside the NFL do that.

Getting screwed by their own CBA.........that they signed. Luck they have a union.

He isnt thinking about anything but himself which many WZers state as admirable. I am not so sure selfishly crying on the sidelines about projected value while making multi millionaires is admirable to the team concept or reality for that matter.

You would think if the Commanders were tryna trade for Aiyuk they would include Dotson in the trade?

He was a big disappointment for them in year 2 after a decent rookie season. He had a ton of targets last year also.

Only half of my post went through. lol

But they added Luke McCaffrey and Martvis Bryant. Nothing to get all excited about (well unless you're a 9ers fan), but maybe they're keeping their options open after cut down day?

That's the point, who's going to pay him that much (JJ). Because that's what he wants or it's something like a fully guaranteed contract
